Canadian Red Cross Emergency First Aid & CPR C/AED

This one-day course delivers essential training in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), providing participants with the core skills and confidence to respond effectively to medical emergencies at work, at home, or in the community.

Designed for those who require training to meet occupational health and safety standards or anyone who wants to be prepared in the event of an emergency, this hands-on course focuses on the most common and life-threatening situations where quick action can make all the difference.


Topics include:


  • CPR and AED use for adults, children, and infants
  • Choking, circulatory emergencies, and stroke
  • Recognizing and treating shock
  • Major bleeding and wound care
  • Emergency scene management
  • Preventing further injury while awaiting EMS
